About

Sometimes, I really cannot stand writing. It's long, and I write around 15-20 cringe-worthy, extra moody pieces before I can squeeze just one decent poem out of my pen. But all that work into that one decent poem is why I love writing poetry. Speaking to people about the craft, the history, the influence, hearing my peers give me feedback on my own work, how it affected them -- if I were to say I "found" my passion, I'd be lying. My passion was given to me, and I cultivated it from there.

Quick facts about me: I'm a big fan of Pilot's G2 Limited Roller Ball line of pens. I prefer composition notebooks, I'm a fan of Earl Sweatshirt and Billy Collins, and I've been writing poetry consistently since my junior year of high school.

I’ve been writing for years now, and my debut collection, it could have been so easy, released in September of 2020. I’ve gotten a million rejection letters in my inbox. But I’m still writing.

Currently, I’m working on a number of projects, most of which should be releasing 2021. They include a narrative about two people who find love (tentatively called seasons), a short collection about connections, and a series about the downtown district of Cleveland, Ohio.
